Brookside Development

We have made changes to our rental process, including permanently discontinuing our apartment waitlist. The waitlist has become difficult to manage and is no longer a practical or reliable way to match applicants with available units. A waitlist is not maintained in any form, and all previously collected names and contact information have been deleted. This change allows our team to focus on supporting current residents and managing vacancies in a more efficient and transparent way.

There are currently no apartments available, and we are not accepting inquiries at this time. We understand the demand for housing is high; however, we kindly ask that individuals do not contact our office regarding availability. When units do become available, they will be advertised and applications will be considered at that time only.
